W Opera Hotel

Refurbishment of a listed 1870’ building. Located across the street from the Paris National Opera.
Mixed-use Project with a total built area of 8.500 sqm. With two basements and seven storeys above grade, the project houses a 91-room“W” Hotel operated by Starwood, and a 1,300 m2 flagship Apple Store. It also has a signature restaurant in the ground and mezzanine levels.
The Hotel opened in February 2012.
